How do I join the TestFlight beta?

Install the TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad and tap the invitation link. Slots refresh weekly; check back if the build appears full.

Where do I find my eight-character share slug?

Open the Community tab on iOS or the desktop app, tap your collection, and copy the highlighted eight-character code. Slugs replace older ?c= URLs for easier sharing.

What photos lead to the best authenticity read?

Capture: (1) a well-lit exterior shot, (2) a clear serial or interior label, and (3) a stitched close-up. Avoid filters and heavy compression so the AI can examine material and hardware cues.

Can I export my valuation history?

Yes. From the desktop app, open Account → History and export the CSV for the selected time range. Exports include valuations, comps, and share slugs.

What if I never receive a verification email?

Check your spam folder for messages from no-reply@verifyfashion.com. If you still cannot find the email, resend the code from the account portal or contact support and we will confirm delivery.
